ELM HILL PIKE/McCRORY CREEK BRIDGE REPAIRS PLANNED

Work to begin Thursday includes sidewalk and deck repairs

NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Repairs scheduled to begin later this week on the Elm Hill Pike bridge over McCrory Creek include a new concrete deck overlay and replacing sidewalks and bridge railings.

Traffic will be maintained during the estimated 6-week project, but drivers can expect slow travel through the area, especially during morning and afternoon peak rush hours.  A detour route has been designated via Colfax Drive to Lakeland Drive to Ironwood Drive to McCrory Creek Road.

OLD HARDING PIKE BRIDGE REPAIRS PLANNED

Work to begin March 10; requires closing Morton Mill Trailhead

NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Work to install a new approach slab on the south end of the Old Harding Pike bridge over the Harpeth River will take approximately three weeks to complete.

Traffic will be maintained during the construction, but the Morton Mill Trailhead of the Harpeth River Greenway will likely be closed for the duration of the project.  A detour route has been designated via Bellevue Road to Old Hickory Blvd to Hwy 100 to Temple Road.
