Parks and Recreation

Administration

FROM THE INTERIM DIRECTOR:

lynch2010 is going to be an exciting and challenging year for all of us.  I’m looking forward to working with our various user groups and patrons to deliver the best services and programs. I am committed to leading this department to become pro-active, innovative and user-friendly, while being fiscally responsible.

As you know, we are facing many challenges.  The budget is a major issue.  I am committed to improving our delivery of services to those who have no options, while meeting the needs of those who choose to use our facilities because of the quality programs and services we offer.

In short, I am committed to providing the residents and visitors of Nashville and Davidson County the world class park system for which we are known.

Sincerely,
Tommy Lynch
Interim Director
