Day-to-day OEM’s operations officers staff the EOC 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and serve as a “one-stop-shop” in support of the city’s 911 center. OEM handles complaints and requests for city services such as, traffic signals out, debris in the roads, and water main breaks.
