NCAC serves individuals with career coaching and talent development in order to provide a skilled workforce for businesses.
"I am ready for a new career and I need some help developing a career search strategy. Who can I talk with to get started?"
NCAC’s Career Coaches work with individuals to explore career options, decide on a direction, target a career or industry, then strategize and market oneself for the job search.
"I am looking for a new job, but have been told by employers that some of my skills are outdated. I need additional training. What should I do?"
NCAC utilizes training funds to improve the economic conditions of the Middle Tennessee Region. As determined by an industry survey, specific industries are targeted for training support. Special grants also help employers hire and train workers.
