Specific Plan Districts
The Metropolitan Council approved a reduced fee structure for SP applications in June 2009.
Housekeeping - $700
- Seek minor change(s) to an adopted Specific Plan district ordinance which requires Metro Council approval per the Zoning Code
- Seek to add or delete a land use(s) to an adopted Council-approved plan, with no changes to the development plan
Minor - $1,400
- Seek reuse of an existing building with no more than 25% increase in the total square footage of all structures
- Seek approval of a development plan (preliminary) where the requirement for a final site plan is waived as per Section 17.40.106.G of the Zoning Code
- Seek to allow an auto-related land use
- Seek to allow two detached dwelling units on one lot
- Seek to allow alternative sign standards
General – Development plan $1,400, final plan $1,100
- Seek development plan approval (preliminary) for a new SP plan
