Subdivision Regulations
Adopted March 9, 2006
Effective April 27, 2006
On March 9, 2006, the Metro Planning Commission adopted the expanded Subdivision Regulations.
New Subdivision Regulations - These regulations apply to all subdivision applications received after April 27, 2006. Additionally, subdivision applications received before April 27, 2006, may use the expanded subdivision regulations if they see fit to accomplish their development goals.
Prior Subdivision Regulations, 1991 – The prior subdivision regulations, approved in 1991 and last amended in 2004, generally apply subdivisions where the application for the preliminary plat was received and accepted as complete on or before April 27, 2006.
