North Nashville Community Plan (Subarea 8)

 

Germantown mapAmended Germantown Neighborhood Plan

The Planning Commission and the Metropolitan Council have approved a Historic Zoning District for the Germantown area. Meanwhile, the Planning Commission has amended the Germantown Detailed Neighorhood Design Plan (DNDP) to guide how new development should be sensitive to and compatible with historic structures.

January 24th, 2002

The North Nashville Community plan has been amended. The documents on this page include amendments through February 10, 2005 as well as Detailed Neighborhood Design Plans (DNDPs) as amended through February 10, 2005.

The land use policies that are shown on the Structure Plan maps in the Community Plan and in the DNDPs are contained in a document called the Land Use Policy.
