Mixed-use zoning approved for Myatt-Anderson neighborhood
On November 29, 2007, the Metro Council approved a zoning change which will promote the growth of a pedestrian-friendly, mixed-use community along Myatt Drive and Anderson Lane.
Liberty Lane land use policy updated
The Planning Commission approved a change in land use policy along Liberty Lane east of Conference Drive on September 27, 2007.

Madison Community Boundaries
The Madison Community is bounded by the Davidson County line to the north, Briley Parkway and the Cumberland River to the east and the south, and Interstate 65 and the western boundary of the City of Goodlettsville to the west.
