Donelson-Hermitage-Old Hickory Community Plan (Subarea 14)
Donelson-Hermitage-Old Hickory Community Plan
The Metro Planning Commission adopted the Donelson-Old Hickory-Hermitage Community Plan on October 4, 2004. It includes three Detailed Neighborhood Design Plans (DNDPs) which set out detailed land use policy for specific neighborhoods.
What is a Detailed Neighborhood Design Plan?
Land use policies applied in the Community Plan are described in the Land Use Policy Application. On August 14, 2008, the Planning Commission approved a new land-use document, the Community Character Manual, which replaces the Land Use Policy Application. The CCM will be used as community plans and amendments are updated in Subarea 14.
