Mapping Services and Geographic Information Systems

We offer two types of services. The Public Access (On-line Mapping Application) and Commercial Access. Read below to find out more about each of these unique services.

How Do I Access the Maps?

Go Straight to the Maps & the Text-Only Property Search

You now have two ways to search for property information. When you click on the link above you can choose to use either:
- The original version which includes mapping capabilites or
- The newest version which does not include the map and performs faster searches.

What is a Geographic Information System (GIS):
Find out what a Geographic Information System is and how the Planning Commission uses the technology. Find information about the computer system and software we use.

Public Access:
Public Access allows you to view property, zoning, topographic and planimetric data. In addition, it allows you to search the database by owner, address or parcel number.

Commercial Access:
Commercial Access permits those users interested in obtaining data for use in their own applications to download the information from a FTP site. Fees for download are in accordance with the map sales ordinance passed by council.
