of August 1st, 2004 the cost of downloading data for commercial
use will increase to $75 a tile.
Data for commercial use is available for download via an FTP site. To access this data you must complete the user agreement and return it to the Metropolitan Planning Department. More information is below.
Downloadable Data
Commercial Access permits those users interested in obtaining data for use in their own applications to download the information from a FTP site. Fees for download are in accordance with the map sales ordinance passed by council. The user must sign an agreement and return it to the Planning Department. It is at the discretion of the Planning Department to approve and disapprove requests. If Users do not have a previous purchase history or relationship with the Planning Department, it may be deemed necessary to establish a temporary (2 week) account for the user. Three originals of the agreement must be signed, notarized and returned to the Planning Department. Each user will be assigned a Login and Password and be invoiced for the downloaded data each month.
