Maxwell Heights
On February 11, 2008, the MHZC held a public hearing for the designation of the Maxwell Heights Neighborhood Conservation Zoning District and for the approval of design guidelines.
The commission approved the design guidelines as proposed and determined that the proposed district meets the criteria for eligibility. The Metropolitan Planning Commission will consider the proposed overlay at a meeting on February 14, 2008. A public hearing at the Metropolitan Council will be held on March 4, 2008.
