MDHA Communities
The
Asset Management Department is responsible for the administration and normal
routine maintenance of the Agency’s public housing properties, including
scattered sites. Through these programs, MDHA operates over 5,200 units of affordable
housing, providing and maintaining housing for approximately 11,000 persons.
Applications for housing are only accepted at the individual housing property offices. Please contact the property in which you are interested for specific information on vacancies, locations and hours of operation.
