Head Start Partner Sites
The Metropolitan Action Commission Head Start program has 3 partner
sites. These sites, which are privately owned, licensed child care centers,
have a contractual agreement with the agency to operate one or two Head
Start classrooms for children meeting the eligibility criteria.
Head Start provides technical and educational assistance to the teachers of the
Head Start classrooms as well as nutritious meals or snacks for parent club meetings
and special classroom celebrations.
