Dependent Life Insurance
If you elect supplemental life coverage for yourself, you may also elect coverage for your dependents:
- $10,000 of coverage for your spouse
- $5,000 of coverage for each child
If your covered spouse or child dies, this benefit is payable to you. There is no limit on the number of dependents you can cover. You pay one monthly rate for all dependents combined.
