Conversion Rights
If you leave your job at Metro, you will have the opportunity to convert all or part of your supplemental life coverage to an individual whole-life policy without providing proof of good health.
To convert your coverage to an individual whole-life policy, you must apply for and pay the first premium within 31 days of leaving Metro. Contact the insurance carrier for more information about your conversion rights.
