Strategic Management Training

What is Strategic Management Training?
- A multi-session training designed to provide managers with additional information and skills to enhance their performance and the performance of their staff.
- An opportunity for managers to interact with managers from departments and programs across Metro in order to learn new and innovative ways to address their toughest managerial challenges.
What makes this training valuable?
- Class size is limited to ensure interaction and an individual focus
- Discussion and Interactive Group Activities
- Individual Action Plan that will document and track the progress achieved in overcoming a managerial challenge specific to each manager
- Participants will deliver a group presentation at the end of the training to demonstrate their application of the materials to a specific managerial challenge
- Strategic Management Training classes were designed with input from and in partnership with Metro departments
- 20 hours of CPE credit are available for this training
- Participants will be recognized during a certificate presentation ceremony with the Mayor
