- The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County Public Works Department (hereinafter, “Metro” or “Department”), in cooperation with The Nashville Downtown Partnership has issued this Request for Proposal (hereinafter, “RFP”) for the sole purpose and intent of obtaining proposals from interested and qualified firms for a downtown beautification initiative.
