- The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County ("Metro") has issued this RFP for the sole purpose and intent of requesting written sealed proposals from interested parties for the sale of Metro’s current and prior year delinquent real property tax receivables (Delinquent Tax Receivables), including penalties and interest accruing through the sale closing date but excluding specific fees, pursuant to the provisions of T.C.A. 67-5-2012 (Exhibit A) and in accordance with the terms of this Request for Proposals (RFP).
