- The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County (Metro), has issued this Request for Proposal (RFP) for the purpose of obtaining responsive proposals from responsible contractors to establish multiple award Indefinite Quantity Term (IQT) contract(s) for Sewer Rehabilitation Projects. Metro intends for such contracts to be used by various Metro Departments on an “as-needed” basis. The primary user is expected to be Metro Water Services in support of the Nashville Overflow Abatement Program (OAP), maintenance needs and emergency issues.
