- The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County ("Metro") has issued this RFP for the sole purpose and intent of obtaining a construction manager/general contractor under a “construction manager at risk” (CMAR) project delivery method for the McCabe Park Community Center, at 46th Avenue North and Murphy Road in Nashville, for the Board of Parks and Recreation of the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County (hereinafter the Department).
