Capital Budget and Planning
| Capital Budget Overview | |
The Capital Improvement Budget (CIB) is a plan of proposed outlays (expenditures for acquiring capital assets) and the means of financing them. Financial projections determine the constraints for programming the projects according to a schedule which is fiscally and administratively practical. The CIB does not appropriate funds, but instead identifies those projects that are eligible for consideration of funding in the Capital Spending Plan. Capital Status Report Q3 - 2008 Quick Links |
