Construction Information: Central Biosolids and Odor Control Projects
Haren Construction Company has begun construction on the Central Odor Control project. The project schedule calls for the new facilities to be operational in July 2006. The project will collect and treat sources of odor using a biological treatment system. View a schematic of the treatment process.
Earth Tech/Archer Western, LLC will break ground on the Central Biosolids project in November. Construction Hours
7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. There may occasionally be construction activity between 3:30 and 6 p.m., but there will be no construction from 6 p.m. to 7 a.m. All materials and equipment will be delivered no later than 2 p.m. each day.

Truck Route
The site will be accessed from the interstate via Jefferson Street and 2nd Avenue. Local deliveries may take a different route depending on the location of the supplier. The contractor will establish the routes for all trucks and job-site traffic, and MWS will ensure that it remains consistent.
