4-H Project Groups

A project group is a group of boys and girls that have an interest in a certain area and get together occasionally to learn more about it. A project group is a free activity and is open to all 4-H'ers, grades 4-12 in Davidson County. There is one active group in Davidson County currently. We invite you to be a part of this group. HorseHorse Project Group
This group of 4-H'ers, parents, and volunteer leaders with a common interest in horse science and horsemanship, meets bi-monthly with pre-planned fun and educational activities. In this group some 4-H'ers have horses and some don't. The only requirement to being a part of this group is to love horses and to want to learn more about them. Some of the activities that they participate in include: Area, District and State Horse Shows, horse judging, horse bowls, hippology contest, fun shows, parades, fairs, community exhibits, tours, clinics and demonstrations. For more information about the Horse Club, contact Keisha Macklin.
